Bayani Sees to Upgrade Sole Government TV Network
Would it be possible for Bayani to turn the old, and only existing government controlled television station in the Philippines?
Formerly known as the People's Television Network, Inc. or PTV-4, and Maharlika Broadcasting System, Inc or MBS since 1974, the network was only funded for capital outlay once after the President Fidel V. Ramos appointed PTV Networks first board of directors. In the year 1992, it has been operating from it's generated revenues on its own. As RA 7306 stipulates that the government shall not appropriate funds for the operations of the Network.
Although at some point PTNI have earned Hall of Fame Award for Best Station and Most Balanced Programming in 1987 from the Catholic Mass Media Awards for two succeeding years, the network lost it's mandate to give quality educational, cultural, and public affairs programs.
The network was set not to compete with other television giants.
During a routine Sunday inspection with MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando in a mobile office, he mentioned that he planned to make NBN the strongest and most powerful network in the country... (to be continued)

How to Write a Story
Writing a stories, no matter what genre it falls have similar elements. Most of us are fascinated on how these write ups came up whether we have read them in the magazines, newspaper or just a good book. We have always wanted to create good stories that captivated our minds for years.
The secret behind all these can be summaried into a few basic rules.
One, reading is the most important tool for writers. Most discover great ideas and subjects from researches, but one big factor that reading contributes is learning about style and structure on the technical aspects of writing. Reading can also build inspiration to the story teller.
In the writing process, once research is done, and you've got an outline to follow, you can do your first draft using the following tips. Use simple language or avoiding big words that can be replaced with exact descriptive words -- avoiding the overuse of so, and very.
Use descriptive words as if how you experience the event using sensory words. How you feel, see, smell, hear and touch. A good example when you are trying to describe a place, a restaurant for example. Telling a reader what is happening makes it boring. Instead use your senses to describe it. In this part yoou can describe how the restaurant smells like as soon as you open the doors. It can be sweet, piney or scented. Imagine and feel. This can be very exciting!

Positive Thoughts
I have learned so much today. Self, positive thoughts and learning to ease negative emotions. I realized how these weary images have influenced my life. That I understand how we mold the universe with our thoughts and how we would like our life to be like in the future. It is by my understanding that we have the ability to change our lives in any way we want -- good or bad.
I realize that if we carefully think about what we want, and stick to that feeling and stay positive, we could definitely shape our dreams into reality. "We are all divine", according to Vivekananda, an Indian spiritual genius. So, I instill in every one that we are the guide of our thoughts. And if we make good thoughts, everything we ask for will be given.
